Technical and Chromatic Masterplan, Barcelona

This project was awarded First Prize in an international competition. Its aim is to provide unity and a clear identity to the Canyelles neighborhood in Barcelona, a working-class district originally developed in the 1970s.

The plan includes new façades with appropriate thermal insulation, structural reinforcement in certain buildings, and a coherent color scheme to visually unify the area and improve overall housing quality.

Due to the complexity of the intervention and the involvement of multiple public administrations, the implementation process has been slow.
