House Bilir, Stuttgart

A listed building in the centre of Stuttgart (the former city archive) was converted into housing, creating five apartments that required renovation.

We designed the second floor for the Bilir family in coordination with the other new owners.

The 120 m² apartment features a strong, compact central core that maximizes open space. The bedrooms face the courtyard, while the living areas overlook the street.

All elements were designed with clarity and abstraction, in order to respect the grandeur and character of the former archive space.
