The plot features a geologically valuable structure that has played a key role in determining both the location and geometry of the project. The significant topographical difference between the access point and the sea, along with the large scale of the house, has guided the rest of the design decisions.

The project is currently under construction. [roomz]'s involvement has been limited to the conceptual and early design phases.
